Any account where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. All players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before any withdrawal request is processed. Menang88 may also request KYC verification at any other time at its discretion, including during deposit, bonus claim, or account review processes.

Menang88 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 to 48 working hours of receiving all required documents. Menang88 reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests and/or suspend accounts where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any funds in such accounts will be held pending resolution of the verification issue.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. For cryptocurrency deposits, the minimum equivalent is RM50. Menang88 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited to your menang88 account in real time. FPX bank transfers are credited within minutes during banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon confirmation of the required number of network confirmations, which may take 15 to 60 minutes depending on network conditions.
Players may set personal daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the responsible gambling settings in their account dashboard. Once set, a reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately; an increase in deposit limits is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
Players may request a withdrawal of available funds at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the player's own name that matches the name on their verified KYC documents.
All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Players who have not yet completed KYC will be directed to do so before their withdrawal request can be processed. Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting menang88 support is a breach of these Terms. Menang88 reserves the right to suspend the account and recover any amounts subject to fraudulent chargeback claims through available legal means.
Menang88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section and any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit menang88's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Menang88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or through an in-platform notification displayed upon next login.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
